Hypershell Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, you could follow Return and Refund Policy to make a refund.
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than hypershell.cc, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Hypershell.cc.
Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).
Return
We are happy to accept your request for return service in any of the following circumstances.
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than hypershell.cc, may provide their own policies to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that return and refund policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.
- Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product which has critical failures, manufacturing defects, or any functionality issues.
- Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product which has sustained substantial damage in transit, provided that the damage proof issued by the carrier can be provided to Hypershell.
- Within 14 calendar days of receiving a product which is unopened, unactivated, and is still in its new condition.
If you return a product based on a reported issue, the product will be inspected before the refund is processed. If the returned product is confirmed to have no such issue as reported after all appropriate tests are conducted by Hypershell, Hypershell will charge the shipping fee for each returned item. The shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Shipped goods have to be returned to our warehouses/designated places before we proceed with the refund.
You should bear all the shipping charges caused if you request to return a non-defective item, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
Unfortunately, Hypershell will not provide return service under any of the following circumstances:
- The return request is beyond 14 calendar days of receiving a product.
- The received product does not include accessories, cables, manuals, or any items which are not new or in like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
- Hypershell identifies, through evaluation and testing, that the defect(s) or malfunction (s) are caused by user's error, such as dropping to the ground, supplying wrong voltages, water damage, etc. Then if you request the non-defective products to be shipped back to you, the shipping cost is supported by you.
- The product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by Hypershell.
- The purchase receipt, invoice, or other relevant paperwork is not provided, or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Proof of damage during the transit issued by the carrier can not be provided.

- Please submit the request, the proof of purchase and return reason through an email to feedback@hypershell.cc to start the return process.
- Our Support Team will determine whether your order is eligible. After confirming your order is eligible, they will provide instructions on how to properly package the product to return it safely. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper safety directions on how to ship the product.
- After Hypershell receives your refund request, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days after we receive your product. We will then notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If you don't receive the email after 14 business days, please contact feedback@hypershell.cc.
